Jason brings over two decades of professional technology experience in small-medium and enterprise business settings, including 12 years leading the technology practice of commercial furniture dealership. Highlights of Jason’s professional experience in the commercial dealer space includes:
- Led the first full commercial furniture dealer adoption of CET Designer in the world (35 users, 7 locations)
- Development of first of it’s kind dedicated rendering accelerator target hardware to increase designer productivity.
- Featured presenter at CET Designer User Conference 8 times focusing on dealer design technologies
- Managed an annual tech budget portfolio of over 2 million dollars at one of the largest commercial furniture dealers in North America.
- Experience deploying AR/VR in dealerships and leveraging it for sales presentations and co-design sessions.
- Commercial Integrator “Best Conference Room Design” award with AVI-SPL in 2018
- Developed and delivered client tours with client C-suite executives featuring space/AV/tech convergence strategies
- Experience deploying and building business use cases around emerging IoT products in dealer showroom and client spaces, including workspace occupancy/analytics and wayfinding technologies.
- Experience integrating dealer line of business systems with industry leading CRM and other cloud based solutions.
- Led numerous company merger, acquisition and divestiture activities including integration or replacement of IT services.
- Contract negotiations for print, data line, software and managed services, business continuation planning, security program management and other key technology services to maximize value + performance.
